The great flexibility of Mélanie and her detailed comprehension of all that Is happening at Roy & Fils Ltée assures the owner of a support for any customer needing help or a quick answer. She joined the team in June 1996 in order to help implement the new computerized system for appraisal and dimension taking. The growth of productivity combined with the effectiveness to execute of this system allow us to offer our clientele a more performing and quicker response.

Benoît Vallée

Architectural Technician

Benoît is with Roy & Fils Ltée since April 1998. His 10 year experience in the appraisal of floor covering projects combined to his meticulousness and his sense of perfection are an important technical support to our team of advisor estimator. Always having in mind a more accurate system for our customers.

Serge Marcoux

Operations Director

Serge joined the team of Roy & Fils Ltée in October 1996. His 15 year experience in floor covering installation guaranties an above average work and he can solve any problem that may occur during the execution. He is responsible for the creation of our centre for the continued education of the installers at Roy & Fils Ltée, to make sure that we are at par with the latest technology in installing any new products in the field.

Michel Paquette

Assistant to the Operations Director

Michel started to work for Roy & Fils Ltée more than 35 years ago. He went through every step to get to the position he fills today. His sense of duty and effectiveness assure the installers to get the right material and accessories to complete the right way and at the right time the different projects that are attributed to us. Meeting the delivery date and having no deficiencies are the primed objectives of our installers.
