Rosaire BessetteC.A.A., President Rosaire has joined the action team in 1987. His leadership and accomplishments brought us a complementary expertise much appreciated by our sales team. He created a new customer service department, a specification division and has restructured the commercial sales division, to be better prepared to face the new challenges in today's market and give a more personal approach to our customers whom by their loyalty have recognised the efforts made by Roy & Fils Ltée in the research of excellency and total quality. In April 2005, he acquires all the actions of Roy & Fils Ltée and becomes President and General Director to give a new life to the octogenarian enterprise. 
Yves BoudreauPublic Relations With more than 40 years of experience in the floor covering industry as a specifyer and a technical adviser to the community of architects, designers and corporate accounts, Yves has joined the team in April 2005 to open new markets for the enterprise. In so doing, Roy & Fils Ltée can now offer consulting services so that the right product is applied for the right situation and also in solving maintenance related problems. 
Richard LalandeAdvisor-Estimator Richard has been with Roy & Fils Ltée since September 1994. He spent many years in the distribution and retail ends of our industry. He has 38 years of experience in floor covering. Being very meticulous to fill out the needs required for every projects he looks after, makes of him a precious asset in customer service. 
René PatenaudeAdvisor-Estimator René joined the team in September1995. He came to us with over 20 years of experience in the floor covering industry. He has above average listening capabilities to identify the needs of his customers. His desire to fill all that the desires of clients makes of him a sure tool for any project. |
Clermont RiouxAdvisor-Estimator Clermont joined our ranks in September 1995. His experience with general contractors and floor covering contractors becomes a major asset in the right execution of the mandates given to him by his customers that have been faithful for over 20 years. His ability to handle the different challenges of any project, makes of him a sure bet for any situation. 
Jean-Yves DalcourtAdvisor-Estimator Jean-Yves came aboard in May 1998. He had been in the field since 1971. His entrepreneurship, his great comprehension for the needs of his customers and his listening capability assures him the faithfulness of the customers. Experience, knowledge, stability and an open mind are the attributes with which Jean-Yves built his image. 
Alain QuesnelAdvisor-Estimator Alain started with Roy & Fils Ltée as an installer and joined the sales team on January the 19th 2004. His on the site experience combined with the knowledge of the variety of floor coverings and his ability to communicate are precious tools to better serve our customers. His ability to understand customer needs and his desire to give the right answer combined to his vision for a long term honest relation, make of Alain, a precious ally for any project. 
Serge LamarcheAdvisor-Estimator Serge has been in floor covering since 1987.He started in retail and remained for 13 years a valuable advisor to the clientele. Then in spring 2000 he became a manufacturer’s rep to eventually join the team of Roy & Fils Ltée in 2002 as manager of our residential division. In January 2006 Serge accepted the offer of becoming advisor-estimator in the contract division. Very devoted to his customers in looking after the most intricate details his support is a plus to every project. |
