Whenever two cleaning processes are mentioned (ex. : B-M), use the first one (B), if needed, uses the second process (M).

Note: Test any cleaning or stain removing product on a non visible part of the carpet to identify any colour alteration. The stain removal processes indicated below reflect general knowledge about products and materials. Do combine or use two processes unless clearly specified. Doing so, could damage your carpet.
